At Specialty Printing & Processing, we specialize in industrial printing services. Our service offerings include digital printing and screen printing for nameplates, overlays, labels, and more. Our material selection for overlays includes polyester, vinyl, and polycarbonate. Our label printing capabilities range from 0.2 inches x 0.4 inches to 4 feet by 8 feet for sheets and up to 54 inches by 150 feet for rolls. Our production capabilities range from sample and prototype to high-volume quantities. We also offer turnkey project solutions that include assembly and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) services to accommodate more complex customer requests.
Industrial Nameplates
We manufacture custom nameplates, data plates, serial plates, and product identification plates in low to high production volumes. They are custom fabricated and modified to meet the customer’s exact specifications, such as special features, heavy-duty or high-temperature conditions, or sequential serial number identification requirements.
These products are made from materials with exceptional abrasion, corrosion, and scratch resistance—e.g., aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and painted or powder-coated steel—using advanced metal screen printing and photo processes to ensure durability and longevity in the application environment (up to 20 years in outdoor environments). Our extensive printing experience allows us to print text and images on even hard-to-print materials, such as stainless steel.

Industrial Labels
Our screen printing, digital printing, and roll labeling capabilities allow us to produce custom labels and decals for everything from detailed instructional diagrams to large format labels and stickers for industrial scales and cranes to operator panel/panel overlay buttons and keys. We can produce labels in materials from 0.2 inches by 0.4 inches to 4 feet by 8 feet in size and up to 2 inches in thickness. Our surface finish options include brushed, glossy, hard-coated, matte, reflective, tamper-proof, textured, and transparent.

Graphic Overlays
Together, our fabrication capabilities (e.g., die cutting, laser cutting, and adhesive application) and printing capabilities (screen printing and digital printing) allow us to offer graphic overlay solutions that meet virtually any shape, size, and design requirement. We cut and print on a broad selection of graphic overlay production materials, including polycarbonate, polyester, and vinyl. We also offer a variety of customization services for special requirements, including full color, panel cutouts, backlighting, selective/zoned adhesive application (e.g., no adhesive on LED or button cutouts), and printing for harsh/hazardous environments.

Turnkey Project Solutions
Our turnkey project solutions combine our printing and labeling services with assembly and other services so we can serve as a one-stop source for all printing and labeling needs. Regardless of the uniqueness or complexity of the printing project, our team can develop a creative project solution that meets the exact needs of the application. For example, one of our past projects required us to screen print and apply labels and manufacture and assemble wiring harnesses for the customer’s windshield repair pump systems.
