Screen Printing

Specialty Printing & Processing provides both small- and large-format custom screen-printing solutions for a wide range of components and finished applications. In addition to basic printing jobs, we also provide full project assistance for clients across various industries.

Our cutting-edge facility houses multiple presses, allowing us to keep all projects on schedule and provide reliable solutions tailored to customers’ exact needs. We quickly deliver proofs and short runs for review, and work closely with all clients to ensure all application requirements are met.

At Specialty Printing & Processing, we are more than just a screen-print shop; our talented team also offers a variety of finishing and assembly services to fully implement printed components into larger applications requiring mounting hardware, adhesives, and laminates.

Custom Screen Printing Capabilities

Making use of the latest systems and programs to accommodate specific product requirements, we exceed the capabilities of standard screen-printing houses. Our print shop houses multiple in-house presses — including M&R, Sias, American Cameo, and manual models — that we can match up with various ink systems, such as solvent, epoxy, water-based, enamel, and UV types. Our state-of-the-art drying equipment, 1 million-BTU belt drying system, smaller drying ovens, UV curing systems, and rack drying systems ensure top-quality end products.

For special applications, we can print text in various sizes — even as small as 2-point — as our custom digital equipment allows us to easily meet extremely small- or fine-point text requirements. In addition to various text sizes, we can accommodate a range of print sizes as well. Our largest semiautomatic clamshell press can print graphics in sizes up to 48 x 96 inches, but we specialize in working with smaller presses to create prints in industry-standard sizes, such as 27 x 20 inches, 30 x 38 inches, and 24 x 48 inches. We can print on various materials, including polyester, polycarbonate, and vinyl, in varying thicknesses.

When our team receives requests to print unusual or uniquely shaped products, we can produce special screens, fixtures, or even presses to print the custom products — even after they have been formed, powder coated, or molded into nonstandard configurations. So, if you have been told your product cannot be printed, give us a try; our experts are well-versed in handling complex and unusual requests.

Screen Printing Finishing and Assembly Services

Our team of technical printing experts works closely with customers to determine the best printing processes for their image requirements, as well as the best form and fit. This allows us to apply secondary services as needed to further customize screen prints. Our complete set of services includes CNC routing, plot and die cutting, slitting, and edge and shape contouring to create clean finished products. We also provide a complete line of adhesives, laminates, premasks, and maskings, to be applied as needed.
