Creating high-resolution, presentation-quality graphics, our expert team can apply a 1,200-dots-per-inch (DPI) resolution and up to a 2,880 DPI for projects with special requirements or particular aesthetic needs. We are dedicated to providing highly efficient, timely printing services, saving our customers both time and money. With in-house printing speeds of up to 450 sq. ft. per hour, we ensure all projects stay on schedule, and quickly deliver proofs and short runs for client reviews. Our cutting-edge facility allows us to produce orders in both small and large volumes. In fact, our high-speed HP Indigo 5600 can handle productions of up to 1,800 impressions per hour.

But we are more than just a digital print shop; we also offer a variety of finishing and assembly services to fully implement printed components into larger applications requiring mounting hardware, adhesives, and laminates.

The team at Specialty Printing & Processing makes use of the latest programs and equipment to accommodate companies’ specific product requirements, going above and beyond the capabilities of regular digital printing houses.

Using our in-house Mimaki, Epson, Gerber, and HP systems, our graphics team can work closely with customers to create digitally printed graphics on surfaces of up to 14 feet x 150 feet, and we can use paneling to create larger-format images when necessary. Depending on the material substrate used, we will choose the appropriate press from our selection of large-format roll presses and large- or small-format flatbed digital presses. Once we select the ideal press, we can then choose the ink and cure system that will best meet the project’s unique marking requirements. We offer a wide range of options, including UV-resistant inks, water markings, and security markings, and can also utilize special and custom primers, inks, and coatings as needed.

Digital Printing Finishing and Assembly Services

Our team of technical printing experts collaborates closely with customers to determine the best processes for their image requirements, as well as the best form and fit for secondary services. Our secondary digital printing services include CNC routing, plot and die cutting, and edge and shape contouring for creating clean, finished components. Plus, our press capabilities allow us to hot and cold laminate, contour cut, and stitch/hem full-color prints, as well as add adhesives and protective premasks or application maskings.
